1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and booking our services, you will need to agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not engage with this service. 

2. Services Offered

We provide online dietetic consultations via telehealth platforms using Halaxy for patient notes and Zoom for communication. Our services include:

  • Initial consultations - cosmetic /plastic surgery (70 minutes)

  • Follow-up consultations - cosmetic /plastic surgery (30 minutes)

  • Personalised pre and post surgical information booklets 

3. Booking and Cancellation

  • Consultations must be booked through our online booking system linked with Halaxy.

  • 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Failure to reschedule within 24 hrs, OR Failure to attend a scheduled consultation  will result in a 50% fee charge.

4. Payment

  • 50% of total fees are due at the time of booking. This will be deducted from your total charge after your consultation is finished. 

  • We do not offer direct billing through our website.

  • You must obtain a Chronic Disease Management (CDM)/ Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) from your GP to be eligible for medicare rebates (5x yearly).

  • Fees for services may or may not be eligible for private health insurance rebates depending on your level of cover. 

5. Telehealth Consultations

  • You must have appropriate technology (device, internet connection, camera, microphone) for telehealth consultations.

  • You agree to be in a private, distraction-free environment during consultations.

  • It is ideal to use a large screen (ipad, laptop, etc) as information will be shared via screens and needs to be easy to view and read. 

  • You understand the limitations of telehealth compared to in-person consultations.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • We collect and use your personal and health information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  • All consultations and patient information are kept confidential.

7. Disclaimer

  • Our services are not intended to diagnose or cure any disease or condition.

  • We provide tailored, science-based nutrition and dietary advice, but you should consult your physician for medical concerns.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • There is a breakdown in the professional relationship.

  • You breach these Terms of Service.

  • We are unable to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
